Notice To All SGA Members

I am extremely concerned that a letter was sent from Brian Stocks “On behalf of the British Gymnastics Board of Directors” to our members. This letter was neither sanctioned by me, as a Director of BG, nor did the BG CEO have the courtesy to wait for my reply to the proposal to send this out before doing so.

This letter is not only factually incorrect but will be extremely misleading to our membership.

In order to clear up any misunderstanding you may have in relation to the situation with BG, Scottish Gymnastics Board have called an EGM which will immediately follow the AGM on the 28th October in the Stirling Management Centre. SGA dispute the BG version of events and we are seeking mediation to resolve some very long-standing issues.

We ask that as many clubs as possible attend this EGM so that the situation can be explained to you.
