Protecting Our Gymnasts

Sometimes we see or hear something that makes us a bit uneasy and we’re not sure what to do about it. Do we keep quiet and hope someone else will complain or do we tell the people who have the experience to investigate? SGA can investigate your worries about child protection or poor practice and what’s more, you can be assured that we will do so in confidence. Although it is easier to investigate a complaint if you give your details, we still investigate anonymous complaints so far as we are able. But please, do try to tell us who you are and how the complaint affects you and your family. That way we can stamp out abuse and poor practice in our sport.

You can contact us in a variety of ways:

  • via our confidential email address on safegym@scottishgymnastics.org

  • you may wish to speak to someone in which case you can call our telephone helpline on: 07534084730
