SCOTTISH GYMNASTICS ASSOCIATION
GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING EDITABLE ENTRY FORMS
1. A Microsoft Word template of each entry form is placed on the SGA website under
the relevant discipline.
2. Completed electronic entry forms should be emailed to:
anita@scottishgymnastics.org for Women’s Artistic, Men’s Artistic, Rhythmic and
Formers Technical Panels. Subject of the email should be ENTRY NAME OF COMPETITION DATE OF COMPETITION ( eg. Entry MA Beg & Interm 10.06.2012.)
3. The electronic entry form and email must reach Anita by the deadline published on all
entry forms.
Payment for this competition has to be received by 12 noon on the Monday of the following week.
4. Any payments received after this date will incur a late entry fee.
5. It is the responsibility of the club and person completing the form to ensure that the
coach has the relevant qualifications.
