Please note:  We now require a copy of all qualification certificates with each renewal form to ensure that our records are fully up to date. All Insurance documents will be sent out when copies of your certificates have been received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks turnaround from the date we receive your form for all Insurance requests to be processed.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible to apply for Fitness Scotland’s Insurance Cover you must hold a Fitness Scotland Qualification or equivalent (applications from teachers with a qualification gained with another recognised organisation will be considered on an individual basis)

How Much?
The cost of Fitness Scotland's Membership and Insurance Package is a very competitive rate at £60.00 for the year.

Please note all card sales incur a 2.5% service charge.

How to apply
Simply complete the membership form below and return to the office along with full payment.
Please note that in order for your Insurance to be valid, you must have a complete First Aid qualification with a three year validity.
