NEW CRM SYSTEM As you may be aware Scottish Gymnastics have recently implemented a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to help us manage our member’s data more efficiently. As part of this system there is an online Self Service section which will allow club secretaries to manage their own clubs data. We will be holding a series of training workshops in your area to introduce the system to clubs. Club secretaries / officers are invited to come along and find out about our new CRM System. For full details of the benefits both to clubs and individual members please follow this link Dates: Saturday 28th August -from 11am - 1pm - Airthrey Castle Monday 30th August from 6.00 to 8.00pm – Falkirk Stadium, Falkirk Thursday 2nd September from 6.00 to 8.00pm - Aberdeen College Monday 6th September from 6.00 to 8.00pm – Kirkland High School, Methil, Fife Clubs who are willing to use the system to renew their members online will be offered a 10% discount on the club membership fee. What is UKCC? United Kingdom Coaching Certificate The UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC) is a national initiative to endorse coach education programmes, across sports throughout the UK, against agreed criteria including: • the endorsement of the coaching qualification each coach will take • the development of appropriate resources to deliver effective and high quality coach education programmes • quality assured administration of coach education provision and • quality assured training provision of coach education programmes Scottish Gymnastics will implement UKCC Level 1 in August 2008, with Level 2 coming on stream in August 2009.
