2012-2013 Competition Dates

* Depending on the size of entries for these 2 competitions we may need to expand over 2 days and also include the Sunday. This will not be known until after the closing date - more information will be sent out shortly.

Scottish Acrobatic Tournament 2013 

This event is the combined Scottish Tournament for NDP grades (including prep), International 1, FIG Age Groups and Seniors including the new 12-18 and 13-19 age groups.

Date/Venue: Saturday 15th June 2013 at Ravenscraig Sports Centre Motherwell. (There will be a 12m x 12m sprung floor)
Entry Fee: £20 per gymnast per discipline

Please use the official entry form provided and use a separate sheet for each level.  Please use block capitals to ensure it is easily legible.  Also indicate gymnasts in more than one discipline with a * Please see below for changes to the entry requirements from last year’s competition.

Please also send the names of 1 but preferably 2 judges for the competition to Caroline Hendry by email   jon.caz@btinternet.com by the closing date.  If you do not have a judge there will be a £30 fee.  The judge must be from your own club.

Please also send the music in MP3 format to myself by email  n-youl@tiscali.co.uk at least 2 weeks before the competition so a play list can be made up.  Please however bring a spare copy of a CD with you on the day just in case.

Changes

BG rules must be adhered to: No more than 6 years age difference between oldest and youngest people in grades 1 & 2. At grade 3 & 4 gymnastics cannot compete in more than 1 discipline – although the complete partnership can also enter 11-16. Max age difference between partnerships for grade 3 & 4 is 7 years.  All NDP routines except grade 4 must be a maximum of 2 minutes.  All disciplines prep to grade 3 with the exception of grade 3 WG must have 5 moves and 3 individuals – rows E & F are compulsory as is flexibility.
Please note there will be a £30 late entry fee and gymnasts may be refused entry to the competition if it is too far past the closing date.
