Precision Cycling

Outline

The ideal starting point for those wishing to teach and instruct group indoor cycling classes.  Whether you are looking for a career change or wish to add to your CV this course is for you.  

Prerequisites

Minimum age of 16 years. All applicants must have successfully completed the CYQ Level 2 Theory papers which covers underpinning knowledge prior to attending the Group Indoor Cycling course.

Content

• How to maintain health, safety and welfare in a variety of fitness environments
• How to program safe and effective exercise for a range of clients
• How to communicate with and motivate clients
• How to plan a Group Indoor Cycling session
• How to effectively deliver a Group Indoor Cycling session

Format & Assessment

This course is Tutor led and delivered on a week on - week off basis. You will be provided with worksheets and asked to complete homework tasks in between weekends and before your assessment.
You will be practically assessed for this course delivering an Indoor Cycling exercise session. Please note that you will be required to bring 2 clients to take part in your assessment session.
