Northern European Championships 2008

Last Thursday we saw ten of Scotlands young Gymnastics starts travel to Iceland with their Coaches for what was to prove a very successful and exciting time at the Northern European Championships.  Both the Men's and Woman's teams left the competition as winners with the Men's team winning gold and the Woman's team winning silver fro the all round Team Competition.  Gymnasts, Daniel Purvis and Jordan Lipton overcame competition form gymnasts from 8 other Northern European Countries and both left with Gold for the individual competition.  Well Done to all the gymnasts, coaches and technical staff who were part of this great achievement.
