Club Trips Away

Scottish Gymnastics accepts that the health and safety of children and young people are the responsibility of everyone in the sport, whether paid staff or volunteers. We are committed to developing policies, procedures and guidance to ensure that those working and travelling with gymnasts adopt best practice.

We have therefore created a TRAVEL PERMIT APPLICATION (pdf) TRAVEL PERMIT APPLICATION (word) for:
                                         (1) Any trips involving overnight stay within Scotland
                                         (2) Any trips outwith Scotland

Submission of the form is mandatory and failure to do so results in the trip not being approved by Scottish Gymnastics, which ultimately invalidates any insurance provided through the Scottish Gymnastics Membership.
