• All school gymnasts should have the opportunity to perform and succeed at their own level. 
• They should have the opportunity to work co-operatively with others in creative and imaginative group work.
• They should have the opportunity to display their talents to family, friends and other gymnasts in a non-competitive, stress-free and enjoyable setting.
