Job Description

Are you passionate about gymnastics and able to inspire your team and customers with your enthusiasm for the sport? Do you love gymnastics so much that you would like to make a career out of it? Can you support the activities manager and be directly responsible for the effective and efficient management and development of the dryside / sport programme, including gymnastics throughout Fife?

The participation manager role will involve working with key partners to deliver dryside / sport opportunities throughout Fife for all levels of participants. The post holder will be a member of the Activities Management team with a key role to maximise the performance of participation in all dryside services in line with key strategic objectives. Requirements

Educated to SCQF level 6 or equivalent Membership of a relevant professional body Relevant work experience of contributing to the implementation of strategies which lead to the increase of income and attendances within the dryside programme
