Part time – planning and delivery at a total of 6 days non-residential one day training camps and 1 residential training camp between February 2025 to December 2025 and the associated administration of these camps, including reporting and targeting setting and 1:1 virtual progress meetings with gymnasts and coaches

Job Description

The performance programmes are based on a culture of providing a supportive environment for gymnasts to thrive, to embrace challenges and overcome setbacks as well as taking ownership of their training and their development. Our approach is an athlete centred, coach led, and performance driven with athlete wellbeing and coach development at the centre.

Scottish Gymnastics are looking to 2 x assistant technical leads (ATLs) who will co-lead on the delivery and drive the TeamGym performance pathway programme (PPP) for Scotland under the direction of the technical lead (TL), Scottish Gymnastics performance department and TeamGym technical committee. The ATLs will co-lead in the planning, delivery and reporting of gymnasts’ performance and behaviours at training camps in the PPP.  The ATLs will also regularly liaise with the TL to ensure consistency of planning and delivery in the programme.

The successful candidate(s) must hold a minimum level 3 (working towards level 4 (or country equivalent) qualification in TeamGym and must have credible experience at pathway and National level.
