All individual club members must join or renew their membership directly with Scottish Gymnastics online, using the Join or Renew button at the top of our website. They can only do this once their club has registered.
Registration for clubs - club membership renewal opens at the start of August each year. Each membership year runs from 1 September to 31 August.
You can access the club registration process in the Club Management area of GymNET.
New clubs and gymnasts can join Scottish Gymnastics at any time during the year.
Clubs must complete the registration process before 31 August. You will be sent an email when registration opens on 1 August. If you do not complete your club registration within the given time period members will not be able to complete their Scottish Gymnastics membership. Members can renew their membership once their club has completed the registration process. New members can join when the membership process opens for individual members on 1 September.
Club Membership Fee Structure
Scottish Gymnastics annual membership is based on the club’s number of members. As the fee had remained the same for more than 10 years, members voted to approve an increase to club membership fees by 10% per category for the 2023/24 membership year. This means from 1 September 2023, fees are as follows.
|SIZE OF CLUB||CURRENT FEE||2023/2024 FEE|
All registered clubs automatically receive Public Liability insurance on joining Scottish Gymnastics.
