Clubs can only register with Scottish Gymnastics if they meet our high standards operating a safe, child-friendly environment, with coaches qualified to national standards.
Individual members must join or renew their membership directly with Scottish Gymnastics online, using the Join or Renew button at the top of our website. Previously, clubs processed the membership on behalf of the gymnast, but due data protection regulation, this is no longer possible. To allow individual members to do this, clubs must renew their membership within the time period provided.
Registration for clubs - club membership renewal opens at the start of August each year. Each membership year runs from 1 September to 31 August.
You can access the club registration process in the Club Management area of GymNET.
New clubs and gymnasts can join Scottish Gymnastics at any time during the year.
Clubs must complete the registration process between 2 and 31 August 2020. If you do not complete your club registration within the given time period members will not be able to complete their Scottish Gymnastics membership. Members can renew their membership once their club has completed the registration process. New members can join when the membership process opens for individual members on 1 September 2020.
