Ready to attend Gymfest?

We're getting ready to announce our next Gymfest event! We will return to host Gymfest in Edinburgh on 12-13 November 2022.

The below information is regarding our Aberdeen Gymfest event in May 2022.

We've put together information to help you plan your visit to the event, with some key information for you to note prior to arriving. This information has also been shared with clubs. If you have any questions about the event, please contact the team via email on gymfest@scottishgymnastics.org

Merchandise Orders

If you were unable to buy Gymfest 2022 merchandise on the day - we are now accepting postal orders. You can order online via jotform until 6pm on Sunday 8 May. After this time, orders will be processed, and aim to be posted out within a month. You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing your items, and a separate email when they have been dispatched. 


Ticket Information

Tickets are on sale now! All tickets will require to be collected on your first day at Gymfest. You can pick these up from the venue box office. You must have a ticket before arriving at the venue. 

Tickets are available for each session, and cost £12 per person, or £10 for concessions. There is no charge for under 2's - but you will need to confirm the number of tickets required when making your purchase, please select toddler tickets in your order. Please note that young children will need to be accompanied by an adult in spectator seating. 

Please check the event schedule if you wish to see a particular team to make sure you buy tickets for the correct session. Tickets are non-refundable at point of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Spectator ticket checks:

A volunteer will check your ticket confirmation email at the box office and give you wristbands to wear before you enter the main concourse. You will need to collect your wristbands for each day of the event. Wristbands will be checked by a member of security staff. All bags will be checked, and we will not have access to a cloakroom, so please only bring the essentials with you. Please note that no external food or drink except bottles of water will be permitted into the venue.

To help you buy the correct session tickets, you can view the session times below, please note that the performance allocations are for the full session, and are listed in alphabetical order, not performance order. Performance order will be confirmed soon in the spectator programme. 

Morning: 09:00-12:30 | Afternoon: 13:30-17:00
