The new Trampoline Performance Pathway Programme (PPP) has been redesigned to provide strong alignment to the British Gymnastics Performance Pathway and to support the development of current and future FIG level gymnasts.
Gary Short, BG National Performance Pathway Coach, will provide the technical leadership along with key interventions from integrated support services from Physical Preparation.
There will also be a curriculum for coaches, gymnasts and parents to provide education around Physiotherapy, Medical and Nutrition. Coaches and gymnasts who wish to be part of the programme must engage with all parts of the programme.
The programme is based on a culture of hard work, continuous improvement, taking ownership and embracing challenge. The programme is centred around developing coaches and gymnasts in the performance pathway and increasing the number of Scottish gymnasts qualifying for British Championships.
Wildcard Applications for Trampoline Performance Pathway Programme should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by Tuesday 11 June by 4pm, by completing all sections of the Individual Athlete Plan document, including the section for wildcard statements. Individual Athlete Plan can be found here.
