The 2016 Artistic Gymnastics European Championships take place in Bern, Switzerland, from Wednesday 25th May - Sunday 5th June.

Selected as part of a 5 strong men's artistic team to represent Great Britain is reigning Scottish All-Around Senior Champion Daniel Purvis. Purvis is joined in the senior team by fellow World Championship silver medal winners Louis Smith, Kristian Thomas and Nile Wilson. Max Whitlock, pommel World Champion, who was initially selected has been replaced by Courtney Tulloch due to illness.

With selection for the Rio Olympic Games edging ever closer, senior gymnasts across Europe will be using these Championships to place a stake in the ground for their ticket to Brazil.
