2020 Pathway Technical Symposium

We are excited to be hosting a virtual pathway technical symposium on Sunday 29 November and we hope you can join us.

The symposium is supported by our men’s and women’s artistic pathway development coaches, but we have created a programme so sessions will be useful and interesting for coaches of all disciplines.

The content will be tailored to coaches and clubs working with pathway gymnasts aged 6-12 years old – so if you have found our Bitesize Brilliant Basics series useful, then this symposium is for you!

You can join us and our speakers for the afternoon for the special price of £10 (normally £45) as we want as many people to take part as possible - all you need to do is supply your own drinks and snacks!

> Book your place before 4pm on Friday 27 November!

Keynote: Scott Hann MBE
Building a positive club culture
The symposium opens with national technical advisor, Scott Hann MBE who is well known as the coach of Britain’s most decorated gymnast Olympic multi-medallist Max Whitlock MBE. Scott has been director of coaching at South Essex gymnastics club for over 10 years where he has been the driving force in the growth of the club, developing an environment which allows coaching and gymnastics talent to flourish. His keynote will focus on the important areas of club culture that clubs and coaches can shape to create a safe and positive environment to support the growth of gymnasts, coaches, and clubs.
