HELP SHAPE THE WOMEN'S ARTISTIC PATHWAY

Scottish Gymnastics is designing the women’s artistic pathway to support the needs of our clubs, coaches and gymnasts over the next eight years of our 12 year-strategy and beyond.

We are inviting women’s artistic head coaches and coaches working with competitive gymnasts on the pathway to have your say at consultation sessions later this month.

This is your chance to make sure the pathway fits the needs of your club while delivering our strategy and developing world-class gymnasts.

We want to know what support you and your gymnasts need to develop their long-term performance potential, how often you want the support and how you wish to engage with other clubs. This feedback will be used to shape the programme of activities over the next four to eight years.

The 90-minute sessions take place:

EAST – Thursday 18 July, 3 – 4.30 pm, Lasswade High School Centre, Midlothian
NORTH – Monday 22 July, 6 – 7.30 pm, Lynch Sports Centre, Dundee
WEST – Wednesday 24 July, 4.30 – 6 pm, Emirates Arena, London Road, Glasgow

We have already collected feedback during a horizons session with the technical panel and coaches currently engaged in the pathway who shared their thoughts on where we are now, where we want to be and how we get there.

Please let us know which session you can come to as soon as possible by emailing performance@scottishgymnastics.org. You only need to attend one session and we ask that each club has a maximum of two representatives.
