The programme is designed to focus on the individual – developing the skills and behaviours needed to become an effective club leader. Delegates will get the opportunity to learn from inspirational leaders from the world of sport and business, this learning will then be translated and applied to the context of gymnastics clubs in Scotland. Part of the learning will be through shared experiences discussing issues that are current and relevant based on club examples. There will also be an emphasis on self-reflection, action learning and continuing development to ensure the learning will be sustainable and carry on well beyond the life of the programme. Our vision is: A strong Scottish Gymnastics, inspiring & nurturing emerging talent.
