PROXY VOTING AT UP AND COMING AGM

We need your voice!

You play an essential part in shaping how Scottish Gymnastics runs.

The Annual General Meeting is the time of year when voting members have the opportunity to help move things forwards. As an association of clubs, every club registered with Scottish Gymnastics is a voting member and each has two votes.

It’s only the voting members who make the decisions on any formally noted suggestions so we need your voice. This year’s AGM is on Sunday 9 September in Stirling and we have already had some informal suggestions.

We’d really like to see you on the day and hear your voice. If you can’t make it, voting members can still have their vote exercised by submitting a proxy notice. This essentially appoints someone who will be at the meeting to place your vote as instructed.

So, if it’s a struggle to attend and you have the option to vote - simply submit a proxy notice instead.

More details will follow in the build up to the AGM on how to make any suggestions and how to place a vote.
