VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR NATIONAL ARTISTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS

Here’s your chance to be part of the 2018 Scottish National Artistic Gymnastics Championships.

Scottish Gymnastics is looking for volunteers to help at the sport’s showcase event at Bell’s Sports Centre in Perth on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 February.

This year’s event has an added spice to it, as it comes a few weeks before the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

It will be a chance to see the gymnasts who will represent Team Scotland and cheer them on before they head to Australia in March.

There will also be talented gymnasts from across age categories competing in the busy programme for individual and team medals, and in the disability masters.

And you could be a part of it all too! We are looking for

•    Floor manager assistants
•    Apparatus marshals
•    Holding area marshals
•    Spectator assistants

These roles are all in the heart of the action. They would be ideal for gymnasts who are no longer competing or are perhaps now coaching, so are really familiar with events and what happens at them.

However, you do not need to be a member of Scottish Gymnastics to get involved, and we have plenty of opportunities for cheery, helpful people who have never been near a vault!

All we ask is that you are aged 16 years and over. We’ll provide refreshments, breaks, and a weekend filled with exciting action and the top and emerging talent in Scotland.

If this is for you, please fill in this simple form and email it back to our team at events@scottishgymnastics.org

We look forward to hearing from you!
