Scottish Gymnastics is the national governing body of gymnastics in Scotland and are responsible for the governance and development of gymnastics across Scotland. Scottish Gymnastics are a membership of 167 clubs and 17,500 gymnasts, coaches and officials.
Scottish Gymnastics staff work across four key functional areas, Performance Gymnastics, Gymnastics Development, Education & Pathways and Corporate Operations. Our performance directorate are responsible for the development of world class gymnasts and coaches. Our gymnastics development directorate are responsible for the development of grassroots gymnastics, developing stronger sustainable clubs and our education & pathways directorate are responsible for ensuring the pathways are in place to increase the quality and quantity of gymnastics coaches and officials in Scotland. Our corporate operations directorate includes a number of internal departments which provide support services to support our organisation, these include, Finance, Marketing & Communications, HR, IT and Ethics, Welfare & Conduct.
