Edinburgh University Gymnastics Club
Edinburgh University Gymnastics Club (EUGC) is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Gymnastics coaches to join our coaching team to help deliver structured training sessions. EUGC is a student-run adult gymnastics club that caters to all abilities with gymnasts ranging from complete beginners to former competitive gymnasts.
Position: Part-time starting in September for the academic year
We are looking for qualified coaches to join our coaching team. At present positions are likely to be offered on a cover only basis, as there is still uncertainty around the format of training, however there may be potential to get more regular coaching hours in the future.
Our regular coached training times are:
• Wednesday: 13:00-16:00
• Thursday: 19:00-22:00
• Saturday: 12:00-15:00
All training sessions are held in Gym 3 at St Leonard’s Land on Holyrood Road
Coaches must hold a Level 1 or higher Coaching Qualification in women’s artistic, men’s artistic, acro, general gymnastics or TeamGym
Attend one coaches meeting per semester
- Working with other coaches to plan and deliver structured training sessions
- Helping gymnasts set and work towards goals
- Helping prepare gymnasts for competitions
- Attend events, competitions and Gymfest as a coach (dependent on qualification and requirement)
- Competitive pay rate: £8/hr for a Level 1, £12/hr for a Level 2, negotiated rate for Level 3 and above
- Financial assistance and support with coaching courses
- Access to Edinburgh University Sports Union Coaching and Volunteering Academy
- Student priced Pleasance gym membership (Non-student coaches are entitled to student rates)
- Opportunity to be involved in the club and attend social events

We are looking for an administration officer join a dedicated team of staff.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the administration side of the club. This includes all finances, including collection and banking of fees, issuing and paying of invoices; assisting in the managing of waiting lists and class registers; dealing with all correspondence and email. You will assist in the management of online apps e.g. Facebook, Twitter.

Gym Juniors in Gorgie Road, Edinburgh - gymjuniors.co.uk - is a new and exciting gymnastics/freestyle/parkour facility for children and young families. Our company ethos is ‘active kids are healthy kids’.

Inverness Trampoline Club
Trampoline coach (level 2 or above)
Inverness Trampoline Club is is looking for a level 2 or above coach to assist with weekly training sessions. Tuesdays (7-9pm) at Culloden Academy and/or Thursdays (6.45-9pm) at Inverness Leisure Centre.
Any help would be greatly appreciated including any odd/random hours you might be free to come along to help train the gymnasts.
