British Gymnastics

Non-Executive Director

An exciting opportunity exists at British Gymnastics for a Non-Executive Director who can offer guidance, support, expertise and an objective perspective on the key matters of strategy, governance, financial affairs and risk management.

British Gymnastics is enjoying a period of great success: participation is rising, membership is increasing, and our medal winning British Teams have never been so prolific. We are not an organisation that is content to stop there, and we have already started work to meet the new challenges and opportunities that we know are ahead of us.

It is an opportune time to join the Board which has recently undergone a strategy review.  We are seeking applicants who have a varied range of skills and experience, including the ability to challenge in a constructive way, to be forward thinking and to be passionate about making a difference.  Whilst not essential, we would welcome applicants with athlete experience in any sport as well as applicants from diverse communities and backgrounds.
