Coaching a Great Session

Coaching a great session workshop helps make your gymnastics sessions enjoyable, fun and engaging for yourself and your participants.

You will learn and explore about the journey and experience a child goes through in gymnastics. This workshop is half theory and half practical with resources and tools. It helps you understand what children want and what fun means and how to put that into practice! It covers your role as a coach and how to plan your session.

Coaching a great session is designed for level 1 – 3 coaches in recreational gymnastics. However, those who have taken part in the workshop say it is great for all coaches of all levels.
