Intro to Mentoring – Request a Course

This workshop aims at upskilling anyone responsible for mentoring coaches at any levels. You will learn the basic skills you need to raise self awareness in others and generate key insights into coaching behaviour and practice, which will generate feedback

Learners
You can have 10 to 20 learners for this course, this is suitable for anyone involved in mentoring.
You need to have sourced at least 10 learners who are available to attend the course on your proposed dates.
We would encourage you to connect with local clubs if you are unable to meet the minimum number.

Dates, venue and equipment
Delivery structure – Online (3 hours) or in person (3 to 4 hours) delivery available.
This course can be delivered online or in person. In person deliver requires a classroom setting with a flip chart and projector.
You will need to look at the availability of your learners and the venue and provide specific dates (or days of the week) that you would like the course to run so we try to source a tutor to best suit your needs. Please provide as many options as possible. 
The requesting club or local authority is responsible for organising and booking the venue if required. The cost of the venue will not be covered by Scottish Gymnastics.
