Gymnastics Club Culture Development Programme

The Scottish Gymnastics club culture development programme provides club leaders with a comprehensive and transformative experience.

Could 2026 be the year when you accelerate your club’s approach to culture, teamwork, growth and member experience to the next level? We are delighted to work with Alice Beveridge to deliver this innovative programme in 2026.

Why sign up?

Everyone has a role to play in the culture experienced within a club and those in leadership roles are key to creating and bringing great culture to life. Successful gymnastics clubs can come from an investment into intentional leadership that values inclusion and club-wide engagement. This course will help and inspire you as a leader to ensure the experiences of everyone involved are at the heart of all decisions.

A selection of the key workshop learning outcomes include:

  • Build trust and respect while leading positive change in gymnastics clubs.
  • Discover your Gymnastics vibe.
  • Understand the characteristics of high-performing gymnastics teams.
  • Understand the impact of positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishments (PERMA) on creating a flourishing gymnastics environment.
  • Recognise “toxic” behaviours and the consequences on club culture, success, and integrity.

Who is it for?

This programme is for those with a club leadership role looking to understand and implement great culture development. We’d love to hear from learners with either coaching or non-coaching leadership roles, for example, head coaches and club chairs.

What does it involve?

Attendees participate in four online workshops, an online action learning set and are offered individual support through a minimum of three 1:1 tailored mentored sessions either in person or online.
