Acrobatics | 2025 Scottish Champions crowned in East Kilbride
Partnerships across the acrobatic FIG levels competed for the national titles at the 2025 Scottish National Championships at East Kilbride Gymnastics Club on Sunday 22 June.
Ella Gracie, Emma Nelson and Scarlett Haldane from Acrobay performed three clean routines to be crowned the junior women’s group champions. Speaking about their performances after the competition they said:
“We’re so happy. It was the first time competing some new skills in our tempo routine and they all went well.”
Caitlin Mackinnon from Acrobay and Emillie Keenan from Dynamic’s cross partnership work has paid off as they claimed the junior women’s pair gold.
Youth women’s group had four partnerships competing for the title, but it was Roxie Kemp, Katie Hendry and Hannah Johnston (Acrobay) that topped the podium. Their combined score of 84.070 was also the highest of the day across all categories. Also in the youth age level, Acrobay’s Belle Temple and Dylan Wilson were awarded the mixed pair old medal.

Pre-youth women’s pair – Millie Cameron & Georgia Shields | East Kilbride
Pre-youth women’s group – Lillie Mackean, Poppy Green & Daisy Campbell | Acrobay
Aspire women’s pair – Sara Jagadeesan & Caoimhe Corbally | East Kilbride
Aspire mixed pair – Darby Stark & Brodie Douglas
IDP1 women’s pair – Elise Mcdermott & Eve Mcmillan | East Kilbride
IDP1 women’s group – Harper Murray, Annie Mccormack & Miley Linton | Ayrshire Acro
The teams competition results were:
Gold – Acrobay (A)
Silver – East Kilbride
Bronze – Acrobay (B)
