Job Description
Kestrel Gymnastics Club is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated gymnastics coach to join their coaching team. They are a welcoming and ambitious club committed to helping gymnasts of all ages and abilities develop their skills, confidence and love of the sport.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified coach to work within a supportive environment and help shape the future of our gymnasts.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 1 qualification in women’s artistic, men’s artistic or general
- Passion for gymnastics and athlete development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging and progressive gymnastics sessions
- Coach gymnasts across a range of ages and abilities
- Promote a positive, inclusive and enjoyable training environment
- Assist at club events competitions as required
