Auchterarder Gymnastics Club – Level 2+ coach

Job Description

Auchterarder Gymnastics Club is looking for a fun, enthusiastic and motivated Level 2 or above coach to join their coaching team and play an important role in developing and expanding their competitive gymnastics section.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach who is passionate about gymnastics, enjoys working with young people and is excited by the opportunity to help gymnasts develop their skills, confidence and competitive potential.

The Role

Working as part of their coaching team, you will help deliver high-quality, engaging gymnastics sessions while supporting the continued growth of Auchterarder’s competitive programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, progressive gymnastics sessions
• Support the development of their competitive gymnasts
• Help identify and develop gymnasts with competitive potential
• Prepare gymnasts for competitions and support them throughout the competitive pathway
• Monitor and encourage individual gymnast progression
• Create a positive, supportive and inclusive training environment
• Work closely with the wider coaching team to develop the competitive section
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and professional conduct
