Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to join the fantastic team at Fyrish Gymnastics Club (FGC). Having recently undergone some staffing changes, we have an opportunity for a key leadership role within our club. This is an exciting opportunity to help reset the club and shape its future as primary gymnastics provider in the Ross-shire and wider area.

Job Specification:

The club manager at FGC will oversee the daily operation and administration of the club, ensuring a safe, engaging and professional environment for gymnasts, staff, parents, and external stakeholders. The club manager will be responsible for assisting with the coaching programme, and driving membership growth and retention, whilst upholding high standards of coaching, customer service and organisational excellence. The club manager will play a pivotal role in the overall strategic direction of the club and maintain a positive and friendly club image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and other stakeholders, all whilst ensuring the club aligns with the values and objectives of FGC as a registered charity.

The club manager will report to the board of trustees and work closely with the head coach and safeguarding officer to ensure that the club offers a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for gymnasts of all levels and coaches.
