Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced gymnastics coach to join the fantastic team at Fyrish Gymnastics Club (FGC). Having recently undergone some staffing changes, we have an opportunity for a key coaching leadership role within our club. This is an exciting opportunity to help reset the club and shape its future as primary gymnastics provider in the Ross-shire and wider area.
You will ideally possess a minimum of level 3 coaching qualification and have a desire to lead a superb club with a wide-ranging group of gymnasts, all within our dedicated facilities in Alness.
Job Specification
The head coach at FGC will be responsible for leading the coaching programme, ensuring the development of gymnasts and coaches, and maintaining high standards across all areas of gymnastics training. As the senior coach at the club, the head coach will play a pivotal role in the overall strategic direction of the club’s gymnastics programme, ensuring it aligns with the values and objectives of FGC as a registered charity.
The head coach will report to the board of trustees and work closely with the club manager and safeguarding officer to ensure that the club offers a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for gymnasts of all levels and coaches.
