Job Description

Kestrel Gymnastics Club is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated gymnastics coach to join their coaching team. They are a welcoming and ambitious club committed to helping gymnasts of all ages and abilities develop their skills, confidence and love of the sport.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified coach to work within a supportive environment and help shape the future of our gymnasts.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Level 1 qualification in women’s artistic, men’s artistic or general
  • Passion for gymnastics and athlete development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, engaging and progressive gymnastics sessions
  • Coach gymnasts across a range of ages and abilities
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and enjoyable training environment
  • Assist at club events competitions as required
