Four Scots Selected for Trampoline, DMT and Tumbling World Age Group Championships
Four Scottish gymnasts are celebrating after being selected to represent GB at the 35th FIG Trampoline, Tumbling and DMT World Age Group Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan between 25 and 28 November.
The four gymnasts will join 61 other gymnasts from across the country to compete for Great Britain in the 15-16 and 17-21 age group categories. Selection for the team took place following a British Gymnastics control competition on 19 September and the British Trampoline and Tumbling National Age Group Open which was held at the Telford International Centre on 2 and 3 October.
All the gymnasts selected for the team are part of our performance pathways for the respective disciplines, showing the importance of developing talent through these programmes.
Congratulations to the selected gymnasts, their personal coaches and clubs.
