Gymnastics Club Culture Development Programme

The Scottish Gymnastics club culture development programme provides club leaders with a comprehensive and transformative experience. It could be for you!

Could 2025 be the year when you accelerate your club’s approach to culture, teamwork, growth and member experience to the next level? We are delighted to extend our work with Alice Beveridge to deliver this innovative programme in 2025.

Why sign up?

Everyone has a role to play in the culture experienced within a club and those in leadership roles are key to creating and bringing great culture to life. Successful gymnastics clubs can come from an investment into intentional leadership that values inclusion and club-wide engagement. This course will help and inspire you as a leader to ensure the experiences of everyone involved are at the heart of all decisions.

A selection of the key workshop learning outcomes include:

  • build trust and respect while leading positive change in gymnastics clubs
  • discover your Gymnastic VIBE
  • understand the characteristics of high-performing gymnastics teams
  • understand the impact of positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishments (PERMA) on creating a flourishing gymnastics environment
  • recognise “toxic” behaviours and the consequences on club culture, success, and integrity

Who is it for?

This programme is for those with a club leadership role and the drive to start a journey of understanding and implementing great culture development. We’d love to hear from applicants with either coaching or non-coaching leadership roles, for example, head coaches and club chairs.
