Rhythmic | Third European Selection for Louise Christie
Louise Christie selected to represent Great Britain at the 40th edition of the Rhythmic European Championships from 22 to 26 May 2024.
The competition taking place in Budapest, Hungary will host 340 gymnasts from 40 countries to compete for European titles. A team of nine gymnasts made up of individual seniors, individual junior and senior group will represent Great Britain with Scottish Commonwealth medalist history maker Louise Christie being a part of this delegation.
Following on from her 2022 Commonwealth silver success in the ribbon final, Louise went on to take the 2023 British Championships title for ball with a silver medal all-around and two bronze in hoop and ribbon respectively. Her exhilarating routines have captivated audiences’ home and away which we are sure they will continue to do so at her third European Championships.
Congratulations to Louise, coach and club on her selection. Best wishes for the competition and we look forward to following it.
