What to expect:

This webinar covers what mental health is and how to challenge stigma and gives participants a basic knowledge of some common mental health issues and conditions. It enables people the foresight into looking after their own mental health, maintaining wellbeing and how to manage stress along with some helpful coping strategies. The session will also cover some further support you can access following the session. 

Who can attend this course:

This webinar is aimed at coaches, officers, volunteers and anyone involved within the club who has an interest in mental health awareness and their own CPD within this topic. 

All participants must be aged 18 and over. This is due to the nature of the course as topics of a sensitive nature will be discussed during the session.

Online classroom, link will be provided via email 7 days before your course.
