Hosted by the Participation Team, the Lunch and Learn online sessions provide a platform for our community to share knowledge and best practices, connect with other clubs, and engage directly with Scottish Gymnastics staff and subject experts on current topics and projects.

Where relevant, we invite experienced guest speakers to share insights on the chosen topic. Each session includes dedicated time for coaches and officials to ask questions, share their perspectives, and engage in open discussion.

The next Lunch and Learn session will cover Playful Learning in Gymnastics.

This one hour session will look at an overview of the new Playful Learning in Gymnastics workshop. A new workshop which was created by Alice Beveridge; a professional psychologist, public speaker and the head coach at Saltire Team Gymnastics. We will cover why this workshop was created, who it for and what concepts you were learn about if you sign-up. We will be joined by coaches from different areas of gymnastics who took part in the pilot of this course, to share with us what they learned and how they apply the concepts within their coaching.

If you have any future topics would like us to cover, or if you  have an area of expertise you would like to share with the Scottish Gymnastics community, please get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
