Gymfest Team Information
We look forward to welcoming you to the Gymfest November 2026 The much loved display gymnastics festival is at Caledonia Gladiators, East Kilbride from 7 November 2026 to 8 November 2026.
Entry Information
Follow the steps below to enter your team for Gymfest. Dates and links for the registration forms will be added below, with updates once they close for entry. If you miss any of the deadlines and wish to be involved with one of our Gymfest events, then please get in touch.
Stage 1 – Initial Registration Entry Form | now waiting list submissions only as of 20 May 2026 (closing date Wednesday, 17 June 2026 at 12 pm)
Stage 2 – Final Registration Form – opening Tuesday, 30 June at 5 pm, with closing date Wednesday, 05 August 2026 at 12 pm
Final registration notes: teams successful in being allocated a performance slot will be sent the final registration forms and will need to enter their team through My BG membership system.

T-shirts and hoodies are available for pre-order and collection at every event. Keep an eye out for the next coveted collector’s items through our Shop.
We’re also looking for volunteers to help us deliver our fantastic events!

Travel permit applications should be completed by all clubs for any trips involving an overnight stay. If parents are travelling with the gymnasts, please still submit a travel permit so we are aware that these gymnasts are travelling. You can find more information about this on the travel permit page in the clubs section of our members’ area.
