Tumbling & Double Mini-Trampoline | Three medals won by Scots at Coimbra 2026 Gym Fest
Three Scots earn medals representing Great Britain at the Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini-Trampoline 2026 Coimbra Gym Fest and FIG World Cup competitions.
Tumbling
Dynamite’s Joshua Mawuena (above right) and Summer Doohan both competed in the Gym Fest competition in tumbling. Both earned gold medals in the team event; Joshua with the men’s 15-16 years team and Summer the 13-14 years women respectively. Joshua returned to the podium as an individual to earn bronze with a new personal best (PB) of 23.9 for a single pass. Summer too improved her top score twice in this competition, finishing with a PB of 21.9, to finish just outside of the medals in fourth.
Double Mini-Trampoline
Holly Allfrey (City of Edinburgh Trampoline) earned her first ever international medal while competing in the Coimbra Gym Fest competition. Her performances earned her not only the silver women’s 17-21 age category, she earned a two pass personal best of 49.4 and once pass with 25.4.
In the World Cup competition, Scottish based training at JUMP but Northern Ireland representative Molly McKenna won silver as an individual – on her birthday weekend!
Congratulations to all that competed, your coaches and clubs on a successful international representing Great Britain.
