Glasgow 2026 | How to follow the action!
All eyes are on Glasgow as the Commonwealth Games return to the city from Thursday 23 July to Sunday 2 August. Read on to find out how to follow artistic gymnastics whether your seat is in The Arena or at home!
Gymnastics is set to be action packed as gymnasts have been selected from across the home nations of England, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Wales and of course hosts Scotland. Each team made up of athletes debuting at the multi-sport event, to familiar faces from previous cycles. Meet the nine gymnasts and their support team representing Team Scotland across the 24-28 July.

Live Coverage
Viewers in the UK and Ireland can access live coverage from the exclusive live broadcast and digital rights holders TNT Sports. They will provide more than 600 hours of live coverage across the sports and events.
Highlights, including medal moments, will be provided daily on Channel 5, allowing fans without a TNT Sports subscription to access the Games at home.
BBC Alba will also be broadcasting highlights with a Gaelic broadcaster delivering them live nightly. This includes the Opening Ceremony on Thursday 23 July and the Closing Ceremony on Sunday 2 August.

Gymnastics Schedule
The competition is set up to be five back-to-back days with medal ceremonies daily. Check out the schedule below to see exactly when you can watch Team Scotland’s gymnasts compete. Tickets are on available from glasgow2026.com/tickets with limited availability left – don’t miss out!
Friday 24 July | Men’s team final and individual qualification
- Session 2: 5.30 – 9pm, subdivision 3 starting on floor
Saturday 25 July | Women’s team final and individual qualification
- Session 4: 3.45pm-8.30pm, subdivision 3 starting on uneven bars
Sunday 26 July | Individual all-around finals
- Session 1 (men’s): 12 – 3.30pm
- Session 2 (women’s): 6-9pm
Monday 27 July | Apparatus finals day one: 1-5.30pm
- Men’s floor, pommel horse & rings
- Women’s vault and uneven bars
Tuesday 28 July | Apparatus finals day two: 1-5.30pm
- Men’s vault, parallel bars & vault
- Women’s balance beam & floor
