Acrobatics | Breathtaking Bronze for Scottish trio at 2025 Limes World Cup
Acrobatic trio Karla Hillcoat, Gemma Russell and Emma Logan bring home a bronze medal representing Great Britain at the Limes World Cup and make finals in Rzeszow FIG World Cup.
The newly formed for 2025 women’s senior group from Dynamic have made their mark on the world stage by securing their first international medal. Saturday 21 June’s success in Germany is also the first ever GBR representative medal within their club.
Starting strong with their Aretha Franklin mashup dynamic routine they qualified in third, scoring 26.920. On day two of the competition Karla, Gemma and Emma qualified in eighth with their balance routine. Totaled this placed them in sixth going into the all-around competition.
The trio’s fierce ACDC Thunderstruck combined routine scored 27.6 – their highest of the competition. With four partnerships still to go they sat in contention for the silver medal. Portugal retained their qualification spot of first place leaving third place qualifiers Germany 1 last to take the floor… Germany 1’s score placed them in seventh keeping the Scottish GBR representing trio in the medals to claim the bronze.
Out in Poland at the weekend the trio qualified seventh into the finals once again. Improving their artistry score by 0.05 to 8.900, they finished the competition in fifth.
