Gymfest Team Information

We look forward to welcoming you to the Gymfest November 2024. The much loved display gymnastics festival is at Meadowbank, Edinburgh on Saturday 16 November.

Entry Information

Follow the steps below to enter your team for Gymfest. Dates and links for the registration forms will be added below, with updates once they close for entry. If you miss any of the deadlines and wish to be involved with one of our Gymfest events, then please get in touch.

Stage 1 Initial Registration Entry Form | now waiting list submissions only as of 05/07 (closing date Monday 22 July at 9am)

Stage 2 – Final Registration Form – opening 26 July with closing date Monday 2 September, 9am

Final registration notes: teams successful in being allocated a performance slot will be sent the final registration forms and will need to enter their team through My BG membership system.

Travel Permits

Travel permit applications should be completed by all clubs for any trips involving an overnight stay.  If parents are travelling with the gymnasts, please still submit a travel permit so we are aware that these gymnasts are travelling. You can find more information about this on the travel permit page in the clubs section of our members’ area.
