Gymfest

Gymfest is one of the UK’s top non-competitive gymnastics display festivals and one of the most popular events on the Scottish Gymnastics calendar.

This annual non-competitive event was first held almost 40 years ago to promote gymnastics for all regardless of age, gender, race and ability. Everyone is invited to enter Gymfest from the beginner to the advanced gymnast. Hear what it means to those who enjoy taking part year after year.

Our focus is on giving performers the opportunity to display their talents to their family, friends and other gymnasts in a stress-free and enjoyable setting. Gymfest encompasses the sheer enjoyment and appreciation of the sport that so many people have.

Each year in spring and autumn, around 1000 gymnasts, dozens of volunteers and thousands of spectators travel from across the UK and Ireland to enjoy this extravaganza. The festival is getting bigger and better each year and we would encourage everyone to come along and enjoy the spectacular performances.

Still not quite sure what to expect from Gymfest? You can head to our YouTube channel to watch routines from the previous years.
