What are some of your favourite Gymfest memories?
One year we brought Madagascar costumes with us and when the lift at the Magnum opened and Alex the lion and Marty the Zebra stepped out, all the gymnasts at the top of the stairs were flabbergasted. It was so funny.
What is your favourite Gymfest routine you have ever seen?
One of the first routines that I saw that sealed my love of Gymfest was a Dynamic Gymnastics Club routine I think using “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” and “New York, New York” and the highest pyramid I’ve ever seen! I was hooked after that!
