Scots Gymnasts Ready to Compete for GB at World Games
Five gymnasts from Scotland have been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2015 Special Olympics World Games. All five gymnasts compete for City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club; Ramsey Meiklem, David Rae (men’s artistic), Georgia Carslaw (women’s artistic), Alison Mackenzie and Amy Clark (rhythmic).
The Special Olympics World Games will take place in Los Angeles, Florida, from July 25th to August 2nd 2015 with over 6,500 athletes from 165 countries set to take part.
Scottish Gymnastics caught up with the gymnasts and Disability Gymnastics Head Coach Angela Turner ahead of the competition.
