We are excited to offer you support in your journey towards the new Direct Assessment offered through British Gymnastics to start or continue your journey in Women’s Artistic Judging. All judges will be required to have updated their qualification to officiate in 2026 and beyond.

The course will cover

  • Theory on all pieces of apparatus
  • Element recognition and evaluation
  • Practice routines
  • Meet fellow judges and the Judge coordinators for Scotland
  • Support through your assessment
  • Continued mentoring and support after the course

Each day will cover two different apparatus as well as general theory. There will be theory and practical work for all apparatus.
