Join us for a free, interactive 1-hour wellbeing session delivered by SAMH, designed especially for young people in gymnastics.
This introductory session will explore:
- Practical ways to manage emotions
- How to intentionally look after your wellbeing
- Useful tips, tools and resources you can use in everyday life and sport
The Scottish Gymnastics Youth Forum have worked with SAMH to shape this session, ensuring it is relevant, relatable and supportive.

Cameras are optional – come as you are, listen, take part as much as you feel comfortable, and get something positive from the session.
