2022 Scottish Gymnastics Awards | Nominations Now Open
Nominations are open for the 2022 Scottish Gymnastics Awards which celebrate the achievements and dedication of members across the community.
(Nominations Close: 29 August)
We are looking forward to celebrating the winners in person after two years of online recognition awards. The finalists in each category will be invited to a reception and dinner at The Village in Edinburgh on Saturday 5 November.
You are invited to nominate people you think deserve recognition for their contribution in 11 categories.
How to nominate
All you need to do is click on the category below which takes you to the online nomination form. You will be asked to give your and your nominee’s contact details and answer three questions about them. Just tell us all their activities and achievements between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022 and why you think they deserve the award. Please submit your nomination before 9am on Monday 28 August.

> Coach of the year
> Community club coach of the year
> Official of the year – judges, technical committee members, club leaders/high position of responsibility
> Volunteer of the year – voluntary roles which are not included in official of the year category
> Wellbeing champion
> Junior gymnast of the year
> Senior gymnast of the year
> Club of the year
> Spirit of gymnastics award
> Lifetime achievement award
Our selection panel of board and staff members and external representatives will shortlist the finalists and select the eventual winners from the nominations received.
The shortlisted nominees will be invited to the reception, dinner and ceremony at The Village Hotel in Edinburgh on Saturday 5 November where the winners will be revealed. Tickets go on sale soon.
