Artistic | Men’s and Women’s Teams selected for 2024 Northern European Championships
Twelve artistic gymnasts have been selected to represent Scotland at the 2024 Northern European Championships hosted in Dublin from 20-22 September.
This year’s team have a breadth of experience on the international stage from Commonwealth to the Caledonia International with ten out of the twelve returning to this championships once again. Nations will come together under the roof of the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena for the exciting opportunity to develop skills and make new connections in an international environment.
Previously Scotland has had multiple medal success in the men’s team and both artistic individual competitions. Most recent success being Crystelle Lake and Hamish Carter both claiming silver on floor with Reuben Ward bringing home bronze on pommel in 2023 out in Sweden.

The coaching team and judges supporting the gymnasts in Ireland will be announced at a later date. Scottish Gymnastics artistic performance manger Becki Campbell said
“We are excited to be sending a full men’s and women’s team out to compete at the Northern European Championships in Dublin. Exposure on the international stage remains a priority and area of focus within our performance programme and I have no doubt this experience will be invaluable for our gymnasts and coaches.”
