TeamGym | 2026 Scottish champions crowned
The 2026 Scottish National TeamGym Championships and Thistle Tournament demonstrated all the qualities you hope to see in gymnastics. On top of the enormous skill, each team member was so supportive of one another. The crowd more than played their part. They buoyed on all the gymnasts with their enthusiasm.
Midlothian Gymnastics Club’s senior women’s micro team (pictured above) won the level 2 national championship.
Also among the day’s winners was Forth Valley. Their level 5 youth mixed team and their youth level 3 women’s team won gold. Meanwhile, Largs TeamGym took home top spot in the youth level three mixed category and Irvine Bay finished first in the level 2 junior female classification.
